You may return any eligible item within 60 days of receiving your order.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in their original condition with tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
🔄 Return Shipping & Costs
We distinguish between two cases:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
We will cover all return shipping costs. Simply reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the process. -
Change of mind, sizing issues, or preference returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.
- Direct exchanges are available when stock permits
- For quicker processing, you may return the item and place a new order
Please contact us before returning for exchange confirmation.
🚚 How to Initiate a Return
- Email care@swiftyle.com with your order number and return reason
- Our team will send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
- Repack the item securely, including all tags and original materials
- Ship to the address below or drop off at the designated carrier

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 7 business days, depending on your bank
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
