Return Conditions

• Items should be unworn, unused, clean, and in their original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be included where possible.
• Some items may be excluded for hygiene, final sale, or custom reasons where stated on the product page.

How To Start A Return

Email care@swiftyle.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review it quickly.
