What payment methods do Swiftyle accepts?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are securely encrypted using industry-grade protocols.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We begin processing orders immediately to honor our shipping promise. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at care@swiftyle.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.

🌍 Shipping & Delivery
Where does Swiftyle ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. More international destinations are on the horizon.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it ships via a trusted courier. Delivery time varies by region:
- 8–12 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through our Order Tracking Page. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at care@swiftyle.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free tracked shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Is express shipping available?
While we offer standard free shipping globally, we are working on express options for certain regions. Stay tuned or email us at care@swiftyle.com to check availability.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You may return any eligible item within 60 days of receiving your order. If you're located in the European Union, you're also entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your products?
All Swiftyle garments are backed by our Craftsmanship Guarantee. If your item arrives with any manufacturing defect, we’ll replace or refund it — no hassle.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Are returns free?
We distinguish between two cases:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind, sizing issues, or preference returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I start a return?
Email care@swiftyle.com with your order number and return reason. Our team will provide return instructions and a label (if applicable).
What is your exchange policy?
We're happy to help you find the right fit:
- Direct exchanges are possible when stock allows
- For quicker processing, you may return the item and place a new order
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If more than 15 days pass without a refund, contact us at care@swiftyle.com.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

How do I know my size?
We design for relaxed elegance. Refer to our Fit Guide for detailed measurements and model references.
Are your garments true to size?
Yes — our pieces follow a modern fit that balances ease with form. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?
Not at this time, but we’re exploring it. Your feedback helps.
Do you offer bulk orders for businesses or events?
We currently serve individual orders only, but for special partnerships, events, or bulk gifting, reach out to studio@swiftyle.com.

What fabrics do you use?
We use only 100% Egyptian linen, long-staple Egyptian cotton, and premium full-grain leather for accessories.
Are your linen pieces soft or stiff?
They’re soft from the start. All Swiftyle linen is pre-washed and stone-softened.
Will the fabric shrink or wrinkle?
Our linen and cotton are pre-treated to minimize shrinkage. Wrinkles are natural in real fabric — and part of the charm.

Is Swiftyle a sustainable fashion brand?
Yes. We design with radical slowness: small batches, natural fibres, zero overproduction, and fair wages.
Is linen sustainable?
Yes — linen is one of the most sustainable fabrics in the world. Our Egyptian linen is grown with minimal water and zero synthetic input, and every Swiftyle piece is biodegradable, breathable, and built to last.
Is Egyptian linen better than regular linen?
Egyptian linen is prized for its softness, strength, and heritage. Grown along the Nile, our flax fibers are longer, finer, and more durable than most global alternatives.
Where are your products made?
Every Swiftyle garment is proudly cut, sewn, and finished in Egypt by skilled artisans. We control every step from soil to stitch.
Do you use synthetic blends?
Never. Every Swiftyle piece is made with 100% natural materials.
How do you support transparency?
We trace our fabrics from soil to final stitch. We share sourcing details, and every product has a name, origin, and story.
